All services are provided remotely via Telegram or other communication platforms as agreed upon.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the device(s) for which you request services
• The device is not stolen, lost, or otherwise obtained illegally
• You have the legal right to modify the device's software

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

4. Order Process and Payment

6. Device Modifications and Risks

6.1 Warranty Void

IMPORTANT: Unlocking your device's bootloader, installing custom ROMs, or modifying system software will likely void your manufacturer's warranty. You acknowledge and accept this consequence.

6.2 Inherent Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with our services:

• Potential loss of device functionality
• Incompatibility with certain apps (banking apps, payment apps, etc.)
• Inability to receive official OTA updates
• Potential security vulnerabilities
• Loss of certain device features
• Risk of device bricking (though we take precautions to minimize this)

6.4 No Reversal Guarantee

While we strive to provide the best service possible, certain modifications may not be reversible. Relocking a bootloader or reverting to stock firmware may not always be possible or may result in device issues.

7. Refund Policy

10. Customer Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to unlock devices you do not own
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary tools or methods
• Share account credentials or transfer services to third parties
• Engage in fraudulent payment activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Information Collection

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including device identifiers, contact information, and technical data.

11.2 Remote Access

When you grant remote access to your device, our technicians may have access to device contents. We will not intentionally access personal files, but you should remove sensitive information before service.
